The gates of hell have opened once more, and with the advent of Diablo 4, it’s time for you to open your wallet as well because this is the prettiest Diablo title by far. All that artistic and technical effort shan’t go to waste; an ample gaming laptop will let you experience Diablo 4 in its true horror.
Of course, before we jump into our recommendations, you might want to take a look at the Diablo 4 system requirements.
For the minimum, you’ll need:
- OS: 64-bit Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD FX-8100
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 280
- DirectX: Version 12
- Storage: SSD with 45 GB available space
- Internet: Broadband Connection
And for 1080p/60 FPS Medium preset, Blizzard recommends:
- OS: 64-bit Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K or AMD R3-1300X
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 470
- DirectX: Version 12
- Storage: SSD with 45 GB available space
- Internet: Broadband Connection
We’re aiming for at least 1080p/60FPS Ultra, which is what’s considered as “maxed out.” Of course higher framerates are welcome too since they make the gameplay smoother. Thankfully, Diablo 4 system requirements aren’t too oppressive. You can still likely max it out with a mid-range RTX 2000 series PC from half-a-decade ago.
But if you want more performance overhead, we recommend these following gaming laptops. You’ll never know when Blizzard might increase the system requirements for Diablo 4.

Diablo games were never really meant to be graphically-intensive titles so they could cater to a wider range of the masses. The system requirements reflect this and you don’t really need anything beefy, but a deal like this one is hard to pass up. The new Acer Nitro 16 (RTX 4070 variant) is way too competitive.
At a mid-range price point, it sports an RTX 4070 and a QHD resolution. No doubt you’ll be able to max out Diablo 4 with this one and you’ll also be treated to some additional graphical bells and whistles while staying at a more reasonable budget.

- Top-of-the-line gaming laptop hardware
- Sleek and minimalit design
- Beautiful mini-LED display for maximum color accuracy
- Generous RAM
- Generous Storage
- High refresh rates for 4K
CONS
- Razer software has issues
- Expensive
Specs:
- CPU / Processor: Intel Core i9 13950HX
- GPU / Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
- RAM / Memory: 32GB 5600MHz DDR5
- Storage: 2TB SSD
- Display: 16” Dual Mode 4K 120Hz Mini LED
If money is not an issue, then the sky is the limit, though usually, the “sky” will have a green hue and a Razer logo in this context. The new Razer Blade generation featuring RTX 4000-series cards are absolute monsters in every category– including price.
Of course, you’ll not find the specs wanting. It’s the apex of all gaming machines and a lot more than what Diablo 4 deserves. But of course, Diablo 4 won’t be the only game you’re playing so think of this as one of the most luxurious immersion upgrades you could have.
Gigabyte Aorus 17 Gaming Notebook
PROS
- QHD resolution running at 240 Hz
- Stylish trackpad
- 13th-gen i7 CPU
- 1080p webcam
CONS
- Pricey
Specs:
- CPU / Processor: Intel Core i7-13700H
- GPU / Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
- RAM / Memory: 16 GB 4800 MHz DDR5
- Storage: 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD
- Display: 17.3″ 2560 x 1440 at 240 Hz
While the aforementioned Acer Nitro above also came in QHD resolution, the refresh rate wasn’t at its best. 240 Hz is a big jump as long as you can max it out, and you probably can in Diablo 4 using this particular Gigabyte Aorus 17 laptop.
It has better overall specs compared to the more budget-oriented Acer Nitro above though the price is undeniably high-end. You can opt for this choice if you prefer a smoother gameplay which is useful for the game’s boss fights and multiplayer segments.
Acer Nitro 5
PROS
- DDR5 RAM at this price
- Sturdy chassis
- Affordable
CONS
- Storage could be better
- 720p webcame
- Last-gen CPU
Specs:
- CPU / Processor: Intel Core i5-12500H
- GPU / Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050
- RAM / Memory: 16 GB DDR5
- Storage: 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD
- Display: 15.6″ 1920 x 1080 IPS 144 Hz
Based on open beta footage and benchmarks, even an RTX 3050 could run Diablo 4 maxed out at nearly 100 FPS though that was with DLSS enabled. If you don’t want to activate DLSS, then something more robust like an RTX 4050 should seal the deal.
Besides, if you’re in need of a good performance boost, there’s always DLSS 3.0 and frame interpolation to boost up the performance to triple-digit framerates. The only downside with this laptop is the last-gen CPU but it’s still more than enough for a game like Diablo 4.
